Stacy was the technician who check my HVAC system today. I was quite pleased with the experience and knowledge he had of my system and was very happy to hear that I did not have to replace the entire furnace, has I previously thought. I did have to replace a small part and also signed up for the Advantage plan with both causing a big savings for me.
