“So we use to go to the grooming room for years they shut down about two years ago, so we started taking our dog to Petsmart we Had a terrible experience there. So we found out through a friend about Brunswick grooming room took our dog chief there for the first time today it was excellent service. I will recommend this place to everyone the receptionist was Awesome!!!! Kristen did amazing job on cutting Chiefs hair!!! “This place is amazing. We dropped off our dog-reactive pup, Donnie, and he had a wonderful time! The facility is very large and laid out well with a very large, 100yard indoor recreation area for the dogs. They are very accommodating for dogs with all needs and offer individual care for dogs like ours who have anxiety and are reactive toward other dogs. They are also very accommodating for nervous dog parents who want updates while their dogs are at boarding. VIP was quick and thorough with their email responses to our check-ins and even provided pictures! We would also recommend the added bath service at the end of your dog’s stay. At pick up, they even provided a First Time Evaluation Report on Donnie.

The pricing was very reasonable, at $60 a day (the large dog price) with an additional $25 a day for the individual care (for Donnie, he got private ball playing time and nighttime cuddles for his activities). There was an additional $6 a day seasonal fee as well. The added bath was $60.

“My dog Rodeo injured/tore his CCL. I called many vet offices in the area, and Jefferson came back with a reasonable estimate quote for surgery. Plus, they were able to accommodate him the fastest for a consult. Another vet office couldn't even fit him in for a consult for over two months.

He wasn't a good candidate for surgery due to age and Kidney disease, but I get a monthly pain shot for him. The vet we saw was very helpful and informative. My boy is now able to climb steps on his own and has been managing much better.“
