“I was having trouble with an outdoor GFCI outlet and called here because they were local. I got a quick response and the ejected showed up on time. He offered a variety of solutions to my problem and we discussed the options. Overall i was very satisfied with the work. He also addressed a few other concerns I had that weren't part of my original call. I will use him again.”
“Chris M from Provident Electric performed Generac Schedule B maintenance on valve lash, spark plugs, battery, oil and filter, and air filter, very efficiently and with great attention to detail. He also threw in new firmware install, inside check on generator's auto responses to loss and recovery of utility service, and valuable tips on owner operation. All at a great price. Chris is a total pro.”
