We had the pleasure of working with Jeremy for an estimate on work at the house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and had very good ideas on how to accomplish our goals. He kept us updated on his arrival time, and although we kept him late with many questions, he was never annoyed or in a hurry to leave. We have been able to contact him by phone to revise some plans and he is always available to answer questions and provides information in a timely manner. Romeo and Matt did an outstanding job. We have used Provident a few times now, and will continue to use and recommend them because they are honest and transparent. My husband called late Thursday night and spoke to Jeremy about losing power to our well. John came out the next day to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. They have always explained the problem clearly and helped us to find the most cost effective way to fix the issue.

Amed, Jeremy and crew spent a long (and cold and windy day) doing a heavy up on our house. Did a great, professional job and got the lights back on in time to get dinner cooked. Really appreciate all the hard work!
