I was approached by 2 workers and told they could help me with medical assistance and mental health assistance. I was also told I could get help with bus passes and ss cards and birth certificates. I was driven to their office. I had to fill out a lot of paper work and was waiting to do a zoom meeting with a counselor. It took to long so I left. I was told it was going to be a quick process but I didn't have time to continue waiting for them. It was unexpected so I didn't have much time. They are supposed to call me and do the process over the phone but I have not heard from them yet

The facility is clean and well-organized, and the team took time to listen to my concerns, explain treatments, and answer questions. I felt supported throughout my care, with excellent follow-up services. JK Health System goes above and beyond to ensure that every patient receives not just treatment but also the emotional support they need. Whether it’s their quick appointment scheduling, helpful administrative staff, or the compassionate providers, every part of my experience was smooth and pleasant.. Highly recommend!
