I highly recommend Simply Home Maintence for home repair /maintenence projects. Chris O'Gwin is a highly skilled and reliable contractor who also happens to be a very congenial and trust worthy person. He replaced several light fixtures, diagnosed and repaired an electrical problem, repaired a busted water pipe and patched all of the drywall. While his services are a bit pricey, they are fair and reflect the high quality of his work product. He did not over commit my projects and performed the work as scheduled on the agreed upon day(s) required to do the job.
