Sammy and Luis did an excellent job fixing our tub spout. We have used Fairland Plumbing for close to 30 years. They always offer free estimates, excellent service, and fair prices. Sammy is a master plumber with a wealth of knowledge.
I had a hot water heater replaced.. the initial person who gave an eatimate was very nice and walked me thru everything.
Im very happy with Luis and Kevin, the actual installers! Such friendly, professional, polite, and punctual techs.
They ran into some issues and worked thru, no problem...
They brought me back down and showed me everything they did and educated me on a few other things. Would love to have them as my normal plumber go to's!
Also, all of them made sure to wear the safety boot coverings in and put down cardboard and other things to protect our flooring.

We have working ac! I’m a tenant and my landlord coordinated the work to be done. We did have some delays due to weather and the discovery of more problems with the Daikin unit, but the guys that came to work on our unit did a great job and were courteous. Thanks Fairland!
