The doctors and vet technicians are very understanding in handling my anxious cockapoo.

Having your beloved fur beastie so sick is terrifying! You feel at such a loss on what to do...until you take him to BAH. From the moment we got there, Coop was treated with expert care, which continued with phone calls & texts. I'm so happy to say that he is much better because of all of you XXX !!!!

The staff are all great and the vets I've worked with so an excellent job answering my questions and addressing my concerns.

The doctors and staff always take time to make sure we understand all procedures, and that our dog is comfortable. We never feel rushed. If they feel that we'd be better off with a specialist, they have good recommendations, but they're very knowledgeable and have helped Penny immensely. They also call to check on Penny after we've left.

We went with our new puppy and the entire staff were so friendly. Dr. Lyons spent a lot of time with us at our first visit explaining what to expect with new puppy and recommendations for food and training. Glad we chose Brookeville Animal Hospital.

As a kennel owner, I've been a valued customer of and highly recommended Brookville Animal hospital for over 32 years. Having at least 4 dogs under their care continually. The Dr's are wonderful, knowledgeable and totally compassionate. Sadly, I will be taking my business elsewhere after a very unfortunate incident elevated directly by the office manager. I have an elderly dog who is overall in really good condition. However, they refused treatment for my dog, who was in a bad way needing immediate treatment for dehydration and a UTI. Instead the office manager and the person behind the counter insisted that I take him somewhere else, preferably to an emergency vet. This all occurred all during normal morning business hours. This is totally unacceptable. I have since pulled all of my dogs and records from them. So, I have done just as the office manager recommended, I took my business elsewhere. Btw, they were very happy to receive and treat my whole kennel at Taylorsville.

Brookeville Animal Hospital is exceptional. The care and the compassion they've given my pet has been extraordinary. They are gentle and kind with the animals and extremely professional. My cat was in a very bad way and now she is rallying under the care of the good people at Brookeville Animal Hospital. The doctor has followed up by phone to check on her and the office often reaches out via text to ask how she is doing. I also appreciate the quality-of-life features they offer pet owners.
Brookeville Animal Hospital employs: text and email reminders of upcoming appointments, emailed receipts, email and text communication with staff. I can't say enough good things about them. If you love your animal, Brookeville Animal Hospital is where you will take them.

Love this vet. We have been going here for years! They are polite and kind. My dogs love Dr. Rowan and all the Brookeville Staff. I would highly recommend this vet for anyone who has a pet! I could go on and on about how great all the staff at Brookeville Animal Hospital are!!!
