Despite some issues the scheduler had in communicating the arrival time for the technician, once he arrived and spoke with me about the issues we were having he was able to assess the problem and provide a fix. His name is Eduardo and I highly recommend asking for him when you schedule service or repair.

The technician from John C. Flood, David, was absolutely fantastic. He went through the multiple HVAC systems we have, and explained everything about the systems, how to maintain them, issues he found that could be addressed now and things we can wait to do.
