Our experience today was so delightful and refreshing. During times like this you need as well as deserve this type of experience. I would highly recommend Dignity Memorial and like to highlight Ms. Caravangeline Miller, she is the best! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
At initial meeting Ms. Rush ,Funeral Director , I was very upset due to family circumstances . Ms.Rush , upon initially meeting me , KNEW how to deescalate the situation & immediately put me at ease with her professionalism, poise & expertise. Another employee , young man ( nice to see young people working her & already in their profession) was exemplary & Ashley McRae . They made sure the family was on the same page & handled everything with grace. I had a great experience with this funeral home, specifically Liz. She is a genuine, kind, and very helpful person which meant a lot during my time of sadness and bereavement when burying my sweet mother. I highly recommend their services and plan to be buried here as well alongside my mother and grandmother.
