It's very hard to impress me these days but this establishment had me skipping out the door. Yes literally skipping! In my line of work I'm literally on the phone all day! How it started? Well.... my phone fell out of my pocket during my excitement of a package. Listen.... I waited a long time for that package. My ex I wore off quickly :(. Upon picking up my phone Your girl was completely devastated! I called up asurion and I was offered several options. 1. Go to Ubreakifix 2. Wait for a phone to be delivered 3. Purchase a new phone (shrugs) I decided to go with option #1 due to the fact that I had to work! I took one look at my phone and just knew it was impossible to fix but it was worth a shot. I called ubreakifix in full panic mode and spoke to one of the amazing, knowledgeable and experienced techs. He explained that the store is closing at 7pm but if I can get there by 6:30pm he can fix my phone! Ooooh That feeling of excitement immediately took over!! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the very friendly "Monique". Handed her my phone and explained how I opened a claim and how I damaged my phone etc. The tech immediately took my phone to the back, did his thing and my phone was pretty much brand new (front and back) within 30min. Monique offered a screen protector/ put it on for me at a cost of $10. As mentioned, I walked out skipping! It was just a great experience Overall! Although I had a great experience, lesson learned! Excellent service. Made an appointment online and when I arrived, the solutions expert, Monique was very welcoming.
Patiently listened to my reason for stopping by(cracked LCD phone). Took all info necessary and gave me a timeframe to be back.
