God literally sent them to me. Our HVAC unit went out during this heat wave. We called in another company and they quoted us a ridiculous amount of money to replace the unit. I got on my knees and prayed because it was ALOT of money. After praying, I feel like Jesus told me to do a deep dive, which i did for an hour. I found this company on Yelp (which I NEVER use). Not only did they have great reviews, but they were praised for their honest business practices. Nestor is fantastic. Was able to come out and diagnose the problem with my furnace the day I called, while other places I tried were booked until next week. He took care of the issue quickly and at a reasonable price, and now I'm warm again. I'll definitely keep RA on hand for future HVAC needs.
Nestor was great! On New Year's Day, I called and left a message about our heat not working. He replied just a few minutes later to schedule a visit first thing the following day. He arrived on time with his son and quickly resolved the issue. His price was very reasonable. When we had another issue after he left, he made time to come back the same day and correct the problem.
