When I didn’t know any better I felt this was a place for me. Now that I found a salon that truly cares for your hair and wants to give you the best value for your money I feel as if I was taken advantage of. Petals is extremely over price for no reason. Please do you research before you make an appointment. Happy I found a new place to get my hair done.

I do not recommend Petal's Hair Salon to anyone. My consultation with Carol (Owner) was very nice, and we had a great discussion. She shared the price for the services. I set my appointment; had to pay money to set an appointment which I am not accustomed to doing but okay no problem. I budgeted per the consultation. The day before my appointment, I called to confirm plans were still in place; she acted like she forgot about the appointment and asked if I could arrive an hour later because she wanted to mail some packages. No, I structured my day and picking my daughter accordingly. She kept saying I tell all my customers to allow a 5 hour window. Yes and that is... read full review
