He was professional, asked the necessary questions, and even allowed me to voice concerns of what I have now that I do not want in the future. His suggestions were on point and accurate. Mr. Bagwell is a true professional in his work, and 'people person' and just a great individual to speak with. Your Company should never let him go because you will never have another one like him! My review is about their in home consult. Charlene set the bar high. She had a warm personality that compliments her professionalism. I appreciate the attention to detail in her presentation, her time in this field is obvious. She presented a clear renovation plan that I was able to follow. I received clear written next step instructions if I choose to hire them. I hope the remaining process is as seamless as with Charlene. My showroom appointment is set, I can't wait

When I say that Metropolitan Bath & Tile's representative, Kevin, is THE BEST representative I have ever had when dealing with someone coming to my home to discuss possible renovations, I mean it. Kevin was thorough, knowledgeable, professional yet friendly and attentive. Kevin walked me through his sketching after discussing with me what my thoughts were in renovating a powder room and hall bathroom. He was meticulous in understanding what I wanted.
