He was professional, asked the necessary questions, and even allowed me to voice concerns of what I have now that I do not want in the future. His suggestions were on point and accurate. Mr. Bagwell is a true professional in his work, and 'people person' and just a great individual to speak with. Your Company should never let him go because you will never have another one like him! When I say that Metropolitan Bath & Tile's representative, Kevin, is THE BEST representative I have ever had when dealing with someone coming to my home to discuss possible renovations, I mean it. Kevin was thorough, knowledgeable, professional yet friendly and attentive. Kevin walked me through his sketching after discussing with me what my thoughts were in renovating a powder room and hall bathroom. He was meticulous in understanding what I wanted. He went over what he thought would add to the bathrooms, got my input, and reminded me that the renovation was MY project and that he was just there to ensure it would be crafted to my likings.
