I’m sorry that the opportunity to leave a detailed review was missed when accidentally selecting submit before finishing the review. Ophthalmology at Bowie has always been top notch with the leadership of The Great Doctor Gonzalez at helm, his display of integrity, courtesy along with skill and great customer service, should be awarded the Golden Eye standard in eye healthcare, I’m grateful to be a patient and served by his team, the set the standard.
I really appreciated the receptionist London Thorne's pleasant and professional manner. I had experienced some challenges upon arriving at 4300 Mitchellville Rd. When I walked into the office Ms, Thorne was so pleasant it really made my visit as well as my day.
I had been through a rough holiday season with a unexpected detached retina. Dr. Gonzalez immediately got me to a retina specialist right away.Two months later, I went to see h8m for a follow up for both of my eyes and so far all is well. I am thankful for his fast action. My vision is almost back to normal and I am slowly resuming my normal routine at work and home.
