My pellet stove had stopped functioning properly and a winter storm was imminent. Mark got a couple guys (Rene and Malcolm) out quickly who expertly cleaned the entire unit and replaced a part all at a reasonable price.
Trystin, Malcolm and Renee were my technicians. They did wonderful job removing my old wood burning insert and installing a new electric fireplace insert.
They cleaned up behind themselves, gave me instructions on how to use my new insert as well as demonstrated.
