Honest review. I have been going about 8 years on and off. I started with a Groupon and saw a technician who was also a nurse at a local hospital. I saw decent results all through my services with her. I then made a touch up appointment and she was not available so I saw a Caucasian lady who did me RIGHT! I was satisfied with the original tech until I was serviced by someone else. I didn't need to return for about 7 months after her. She was thorough and asked me questions I had never been asked before. The appointment lasted about 10 minutes which is about twice as long as the others. So I started asking for her. Is literally impossible to make an appointment they pick up the phone then put you on hold for 30 minutes I been trying to make an appointment for the past 2 months idk what’s going on with front desk but this is horrible

I agree with the previous reviews. Just had my final treatment at that place and I will not be returning. The laser tech said “after today I will not be servicing your Groupon any more” I said ok and I just simply left because I didn’t plan on coming back due to some previous ridiculous statements the tech made. But I definitely assumed it was because of the vaccine because they were shocked when I said I hadn’t had it yet and started asking other ques. concerning.

Also as the other reviewer stated, minimal results noticed. I’ve had my face area treated over 12 times by a different laser center, and before Covid I only needed to come back every 2-3 months...read full review
