Stay out of this place!!!! I will never patronize this business again. My husband, granddaughter and I made a few purchases and then were accused of stealing lotion. If we want lotion, we would purchase it from somewhere like Macy’s or Bath and Body Works not from this store with expired and old merchandise. When I confronted the owner and showed him the lotion on the shelf, he NEVER apologized for his false accusation. This was our first and LAST TIME IN J MART. If this ever happened to anyone else out there, please share it. This business owner needs customers to survive, but I will NOT be one of them. I would have given zero stars if that was an option.

I’ve come to this store several times and it’s always the same. The employees they choose to hire are rude and too old not to have knowledge of basic customer service skills.
