I first went to Dr. Coates office over a year ago and the staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Coates was awesome .. .she listened to my concerns and then went to work . I left there happy. I am now making another appointment.
When I walked into the office no one greeted me no hello, welcome. The desk clerks were all looking down. Finally the lady that sits at the middle desk said something to me and she assisted me. It didn't feel welcoming at all.
I'd like to thank Dr. Debra A. Coats-Walton and her staff for an amazing procedure I had done in their office. From the beginning of my consultation to the ending of my procedure. Everyone was great. You guys are the best. I was treated with professionalism and grace.I highly recommend your practice to anyone needing your services.
