They do a decent job but the customer service is horrible! I have some thinning in some areas of my hair and Lola was very rude and insensitive when addressing it! The prices they charge in person aren’t always consistent with those on the website. My braider was also late. These braiders need a lesson on customer service. Won’t be coming back.

The Braider was nice. Shop was clean. I got 6 feedin cornrows for $90. Looked nice when finished but because they use cheap hair, after having them for a week on vacation the ends were fuzzy and stray hair was unraveling. Probably wouldn't use again.

Always satisfied! I’ve tried two other braiding salons but I always come back. I have a different braider every time but they never braid tight, the service is always great and I’m always happy with the results!
