Each physical therapist and support staff that has worked with me have been friendly and professional. Completing the exercises and stretching both at the facility and at home has enabled me to use stairs semi regularly. Stretching my hip has made standing from a sitting position easier as well as putting on a sock.
Everything and everyone at 4 Oaks was great the receptionist, tech and therapists were all very caring and professional. My therapist was attentive and paid attention to how I felt what hurt and what felt better. I would definitely recommend 4 Oaks Physical Therapy.
I like that my physical therapist, Kyle, has been monitoring my exercises and making sure I do them correctly. When I had physical therapy a few years ago, I was basically left on my own, with an aide coming over to get me started on the next one, but not necessarily watching. They seemed to act like I should remember after being shown once, without realizing I had been given 6-8 different exercises to do in each session. I’m preferring the attention I’ve received this time around.
