Seth was my inspector. The scheduled time was for 9AM, but he was already at site when I arrived around 8:45- Love that! He was most thorough with the inside and outside inspection of the house. At the completion of inspection, Seth took his time going over what he found as to what needed to be addressed by builder. Both my realtor and myself were there and felt he took his time with his summary and explained everything precisely. He also invited us to contact him if we had any questions we might have formed later on. Yes, I'd recommend this group to inspect property that you might want to buy.
