Going to the dentist has always been something I disliked , knowing that Boonsboro Family Dentistry cares so much about what they are doing and whether or not your in pain, they take time and want patients to be comfortable.They are a cost cutting dentist as well they're not in it to make your bank account dry up. I recommend them to those with anxiety and claustrophobia they will get you through this . THANK You All ,

Money is their motivation. They will do procedures and tell you how much you'll owe. A big discrepancy between their finance company and their own practice. Extremely under staffed.

The staff here is amazing , they have great personalities an very friendly they went above and beyond to insure that I was taken care of. I want everyone to know what Boonsboro family dentistry will do to you. After already being mislead by my hygienist that my dental insurance THEY pushed and highly recommended to get would cover my treatment, I am still dealing with the after math. Fine, a mistake was made by them- I will pay what is owed. For the past year I have been faithfully paying my remaining balance each month and even while being THREATENED to have send my account sent to collections when I have been making my payments ON TIME! This was very concerning for me as I was making them on time! I called the office and was told they would continue to send me threats of collection until I set up a “payment plan” (I ALREADY WAS MAKING SCHEDULED PAYMENTS). They then told me I was required to pay AT LEAST 100$ each payment. I started paying the 100$ agreed upon amount each time. After each time paying I would confirm my balance with the person taking payment, so I knew EACH TIME what my remaining balance was. So for months they would be telling me each time, okay you have this much balance left after each time. They had started to tell me different amounts each time, so I became concerned in making sure these remaining balances were accurate. 3 months ago I was told that my account was COMPLETELY PAID OFF by the OFFICE MANAGER- yet they are now saying I owe 400$???! After consulting my online bill which now says 300 NOT 400$, I gave up and contacted the Boonsboro Family Dentistry office- to where I was told that the system is “confusing” and “they didn’t know”. I mentioned specifically that I confirmed my remaining balance EACH TIME and they refused to take any responsibility or accountability for situation. I understand they misspoke when we agreed to do my treatments and now I am paying for what the insurance did not cover, however it is COMPLETELY NEGLIGENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL to mislead a patient financially month after month? If I didn’t happen to see an email, I would have NEVER KNOWN my bill was outstanding because the LITERAL OFFICE MANAGER told me my bill was completely paid off and no need to worry anymore!! *AFTER SPEAKING WITH THEM, I HAVE CONSULTED MY ONLINE ACCOUNT AGAIN AND IT IS SHOWING MY BALANCE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO 400$ ONLINE AS WELL!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE PRACTICES PLEASE BEWARE OF BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF

They all are very friendly, but also professional.It is the first place that I don’t tense up just getting my teeth cleaned. I recommend them to anyone that asks about a dentist.
