If I could give Constantine 10 stars I would. My first encounter with C&A was based on a Checkbook article. I had a problem with my circuit breaker box. Two contractors quoted me $3200 and $2800 to repair it. Constantine repaired the box within an initial visit for less than $150.00. My second service call was equally impressive. C&A resolved several electrical challenges that we encountered during a kitchen refurbishment. His attention to detail and advice on potential problems was invaluable.
