Pre-booked for highlights, wash & blow dry expected. Booking the appointment I asked the price and told a certain price, the price changed to a different price. I quiry the price & told by the stylist, if she had blow dried my hair straight (meaning dead straight), which i never asked for, the price would be more; followed by her telling me, "you know your hair" as if it would be somehow difficult. I got home and my hair was wet especially in the middle. The cheeky-ness of it with insult had made me upset.Service: Blowouts

Horrendous experience, overcharged, and very poor customer service. The manager was incredibly insensitive and insistent that the terrible cut and service was agreeable and even well done. She lied about miscommunication and took zero responsibility for the damaging cut and trim that cannot be undone. DO NOT go here if you are looking for a styled and respectful experience or just a satisfactory cut.
