We recently had the good fortune of purchasing a home built by Meridian Homes. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of the build, the wonderful design choices, the layout of the home, and especially the service provided by Meridian Homes. Jonathan and his team has been incredibly easy to deal with, extremely personable and friendly, and someone we have truly enjoyed working with throughout the process. We would not hesitate to use them in the future for a future build and have strongly recommended Meridian Homes to all of our friends and family!
We have used Meridian Homes for renovations since we moved in 2 years ago. One major renovation was the creation of a garage gym, that required lowering the concrete floor as well as creation of a downstairs home office that required the construction of a stair case to access a downstairs bedroom. In my mind renovations that required outside of the box thinking. Michael was fantastic with understanding what we visualized and was able to visualize a plan when there was only a problem without a solution. Estimates were very accurate.
