I’ve generally had wonderful experiences at Mejuri, whether in SoHo or Bethesda. I attended an event there this past week, and while the setup was lovely, it was very hectic. Most of the staff seemed understandably overwhelmed, but the employee who helped my friend and me acted as if she didn’t want to assist us. A line was formed for help, and after helping the person in front of us, she literally skipped over us without even greeting us and went straight to the next customer. It felt quite rude, and I didn’t get her name. She also sent my confirmation to the wrong email.

I had a recent ear piercing with Sarah. She was awesome and made the procedure very easy. She explained all the steps and told me everything I needed to do afterwards. Sarah made me feel very comfortable, I would highly recommend her!! She’s so sweet and kind!! I hope to get another piercing soon!
Super nice & personable staff! But the quality of the Jewlery is really questionable…. I’ve had issues with now 2 pairs of earrings from them & with the price point it wouldn’t really make sense to pay almost $300 for a pair of earrings that just fall off your ear after 1-2 months of wearing them. Also gotta kick rocks if you do because warranty doesn’t cover that! The make and quality is just, weird? White gold but I don’t know…. Cheap white gold? I’ve never had earrings just fall off my ear.
