Ladies--come to MR BETHESDA! ! Kaylah is amazing. The shop is fabulously located to a parking garage--just spend more on the parking-they are serious on tickets!!!! This Tech is a genius!Staff is welcoming, efficient, amazing and simply nice! Kaylah is phenomenal!!!!! Adore her--sweet, understanding, hospitable , solution-oriented and quick!! I was "Wow'd".This MR is PHENOMENAL!!!!! I travel from VA to visit them.

Not your average hair salon. No one greeted me, no one told me where to go or what to do. Balayage color turned out fantastic. Still, the prices are normal for a salon but for the same money I'd rather go somewhere where I am greeted with a friendly hello when I walk in. Was running early and called to see if they can take me early but they have no phone there.

The colorists are great and hard working. The color is quite good...I get a single color, no highlights, etc. The sinks are awful and so is the shampoo and conditioner. After they wash my hair, I can barely get a comb through it and my hair is short and straight. I got one of their memberships, so root touch ups are very affordable. Overall, happy with this place and my membership.
