Heidi is by far the best massage therapist I've ever been to. She is so well educated on the body and identifying the causes of pain/discomfort. She has kept me healthy for running long distances for years now. I can't recommend her enough.

Heidi is the most amazing massage therapist I have ever been to. I've had long term issues with my back and hips, which were exacerbated after my c-section. Heidi was instrumental in helping me understand my body, releasing tension, and making recommendations for other things I could do at home. I don't think I'll ever find anyone as good!

Heidi has been my massage therapist for 10+ years, having earned every bit of that loyalty. She is a comprehensive practitioner, considering not just what can be addressed by massage, but also what other therapies, exercises and treatments will help address the issues that I have had over the years. I'm an active person and with that have come lots of misalignments, chronic tightness, strength imbalances and overuse conditions, all of which Heidi has been able to help me with.
