Came here for some imaging and Fatima one of the receptionist was great, she was kind, understanding, was easy to talk to, concise and caring. I really appreciate someone like that to help me and answer questions made this experience so much better. There was also a young man who welcomes you in and guide you blanking on his name but he was also great, helpful and kind. The entire experience was awesome. The tech was great as well. Hopkins really living up to it's name!
The people that work at JHH central scheduling are so dull and devoid of life. I tried to add a second MRI to my existing MRI appointment, they wouldn't even check if there's space, just a firm NO, you have to schedule a different appointment.
The staff that work here at Bethesda are quite the opposite. Very nice & friendly. Shout out to the RN that checked me in (sorry forgot your name) & to Lindsay the MRI tech for being so sweet & accommodating!! If you're reading this Lindsay, thank you really for being you and I swear if you were a fruit you'd be fineapple!!!
After reading several negative reviews from a couple of years ago, I was a little bit hesitant, but I had already made an appointment so I kept it. The office staff was more than cordial; they were friendly and outgoing. I arrived 20 minutes ahead of time as requested and was finished with my appointment before the actual time of the appointment. In other words, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The waiting room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy.
