I have been seeing Yvonne for back and hip pain after having my third baby and she has been fantastic. She really listens to my descriptions of my pain and knows exactly how to help. I’ve been going for just a couple sessions and am already seeing improvement!

Terri and Yvonne have been so wonderful to work with during my postpartum recovery. They patiently listen to and address my weekly needs and have been essential in helping me function again after the birth of my second child. Amy and Melissa in the office are also so friendly and helpful and make scheduling a breeze. I have recommended ITR to all my friends who have recently given birth! So happy my OB connected me to them ?.

I have been attending the Pelvic Floor Yoga (Relax) class taught by Lauren Starace since it first started and I am a huge fan! It is the perfect way to unwind after work and by the end of the 8-week session I can physically feel the difference. Lauren always offers alternate positions for those who may not feel comfortable doing certain poses and she is very kind and understanding which is exactly what we all need in a class like that. I would recommend the PF yoga class at ITR any day!
