A lovely infrared sauna experience! The sauna was the perfect temperature and I was working up a good sweat within 20 minutes or so. Hope Floats is a clean, quiet, and relaxing space, with friendly and helpful staff. This is my favorite way to decompress and relax after a stressful week.
My Daughters and I spent a Sunday morning in the float tanks at Hope Floats. The place has such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The float tanks are so relaxing it’s easy to forget where you are. We will definitely be returning.

I recently had severe injury, breaking my arm and leg. I found the floating tanks helped with my recover and sleep, while elevating my pain. I love the infrared sauna and go often. Today I had the lymphatic Drainage and deep tissue massage with Lucrezia. It was fantastic!! Lucrezia used ointments on my leg and arm area which she created. It helped me so much with pain relief. I feel like a new person. It was not only therapeutic but also very relaxing. Great wellness center all around!
