Hiwot is, literally, the first hair stylist who had cut and colored my hair beautifully in decades. It doesn’t seem as if it should be so hard to find a stylist who understands how to shape curly hair well and who really listens to your coloring desires, but, I have found it is very hard!!! Hiwot is understated and doesn’t oversell herself, she simply listens and delivers exactly what you want!! She is a lovely and gentle soul with outstanding skills. I am in her dryer now and couldn’t wait to leave a review!! She is absolutely outstanding!!!

I was recommended to Hiwot by a friend and decided to make an appointment. The first time I went I had a keratin treatment and haircut. She did an amazing job with both. We discussed the keratin treatment and she was absolutely correct. The products used did not produce a smell or irritate my scalp. The results were just what I wanted. Smooth and frizz free hair. The second time I went to Hiwot was for hair color. She helped me decide on the best color for me. The results were beautiful. Hiwot is experienced, competent, nice and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her!
