I will not recommend this office. Worst experience: - first visit; the mammogram was painful - they first told me I had an isometry and another exam was needed just to be safe and closer exam was needed . I kind of knew this was strange request but, I still schedule a 2nd appointment and while there and before doing anything I asked to explain me WHY this second exam was needed and the technician replied: "because we saw something different that past exam!" and I replied: But I never came to your office in the past,..I am a new customer!" then she said ask the technician . At this point I was mad and said: please tell the technician that I don't want anything done without explanation! "regardless of what I said they send me to get another scan and I said: "I am not doing this as I just said, I asked for explanation:" -I left the office and too prior monogram picture and I took appointment with a new radiology for a mommogram and the doctor told me " everything fine!" - a year later I receive a text and an email confirming that I have an appointment scheduled in 1 month with Washington Radiology and this is WHEN i decide to leave a review here RUN AWAY from this office

The African American woman that took my ultrasound was so rude. Rolled her eyes & didn't really put much effort to locate my concerns & was just taking pictures just to take pictures to get me out of there fast. Zero compassion!! I will NEVER return here. They do not care about your health. But besides that the front desk were welcoming.

Go to John's Hopkins University Radiology next building if all possible. Had a routine mammogram appointment today at Bethesda location this morning on my day off. After coldly being told to sign in first, I was then told by Michelle the front desk I had to reschedule the appointment as I didn't have an order from my " Gyn provider", who is on the list of providers that will not allow their patients to have routine mammogram without their order, which is completely news to me and false. I tried to explain to Michelle that i never had to have an order from any provider to have the yearly routine breast cancer screening study and to remove any provider as my "primary Gyn" so I can keep my appointment. Michelle wouldn't hear any of it other than repeating to me to reschedule. Michelle refused to listen when i told her I don't have a "primary Gyn" and to remove any name listed as my " primary Gyn ", even if that meant I am denied breast cancer screening unless I have an order from "primary Gyn" or none at all if the Gyn retires or God forbid delayed detection of something serious in between my mammograms? Needless to say, when I called washington radiology, customer rep confirmed the so called "my Gyn" does not require patients to have a mammogram order and removed her name as my " Gyn provider" immediately while offering me another appointment at a different location. I don't need the aggravation and to keep wasting my weekend with Washington Radiology. With their subpar customer service, they will not be able to complete with JHU or other imaging centers that value you as a customer and offer better customer service.
