Today I decided to reset with a self care day and came across this Spa. I called because I had a very tight window of availability and I wanted to ensure I asked all my questions; and glad I did. I was met with the most positive and inviting customer service from Ali. She made scheduling my facial and massage happen even with my tight window. I was also greeted by name at check-in and ensured my massage was tailored specifically to my needs.

I have been going to Elements twice a month since November. I have worked with three different masseuses all of whom have been excellent. Very professional, great front desk service and a good experience.

Not a normal massage, you can feel how they handle your body in a professional matter. You are treated excellent and the way they recognize your trigger points is shocking. James is the best!
