After initially interviewing several candidates, I selected Crescendo Builders because the company displayed the talents and skills I value. Crescendo Builders not only brought design expertise to the table, but was able to do this in a cost-effective way.My 25 year old 3-bedroom luxury condo in Bethesda was completely gutted and with Phyllis’ expertise, talent and knowledgeable skill, I am now living in the home of my dreams.$100,000 was invested in renovating a new kitchen, 2 bathrooms, wood floors, complete new electric wiring, dropped ceilings, all new doors, custom painting, and plumbing in addition to appropriate built-ins.
