Jeanette is awesome and super gentle, highly recommend! I was new to the area and found Jeanette/ Cera Wax Studio through Yelp, I've been seeing Jeanette for an eyebrow waxing ever since. April (front desk) is always welcoming and attentive.
I went to Cera Wax in Bethesda for the first time about a week ago and it was great! It can be nerve wracking to find a new waxing studio since waxing is certainly one thing you want to be done well (iykyk). I would recommend Cera to anyone.The atmosphere is laid-back and relaxing, and Jeannette is amazing and did such a wonderful job. I came for an eyebrow wax and had a photo of what I liked. The employee explained why my eyebrows would never look like those (sigh, but definitely not her fault)! She did the best she could with what I have. Friendly front desk staff, easy to make appointment, would prefer somewhere I don't have to pay for parking, though. Not sure waxing is worth paying double ($30 vs $15) what I usually pay for threading, but overall I was happy with them (and bonus that they offered me a soda on the way out)!
