I would like to give David, the lead technician, my highest recommendation. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and respectful from beginning to end. After an extremely stressful 48 hours—and other unsuccessful attempts—David successfully retrieved my keys from the locked trunk without damaging my car. He turned a frustrating ordeal into a very happy ending! Thank you, David, for your excellent service and for treating both me and my car with such care. Your company is fortunate to have you! I highly recommend this professional technician young man with a long time experience 👍

I received a response almost immediately after requesting an online estimate and was able to book a very timely appointment. David arrived on time and did a great job! He repaired two locks, one of them which key drum came off and the other that could not be unlocked. He rekeyed to original key system the one that needed the drum to be replaced. Both locks work perfectly again, and all keys open the locks smoothly. David was knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. I highly recommend David and Bethesda Locksmith Co.
