I've tried many cleaners over the years, and these are the first I've never had a problem with. Nothing's been lost. Most important for me they don't press lines into dress shirts. Also, they actually understand what "3 roll 2" suit/coat is, and won't ruin it trying to get all three buttons to show. NB: one thing about those reviews around the owner and parking. She is a small business owner with three spots in downtown Bethesda. If her customer can't park there she goes out of business. The people giving her one star get no sympathy from me (and ALL of them one star ratings are REALLY just a way of getting at them about the parking). We've used them for years. Great service and they've always done wonderful work cleaning and pressing all our clothes. Most of these 1 star ratings are from jerks who are trying to steal one of their three parking spaces but not patronizing her business.Service: Alterations

I have taken my clothes to Bethesda Avenue Dry Cleaners for years, and have never had any complaints about quality of dry cleaning and/or laundry (i.e., dress shirts)--tailoring as well. And parking? No problem ever.
