i came to Irina Lotvin to get help with my problem of high cholesterol and high blood pressure ... and some 10 lb of extra weight .. well I m happy to write a review I lost the weight and feel great my blood pressure is back to norm and my cholesterol is downmy doc is really amazed with my results thanks Irina for treating me w holistic approach

Had a great session with Irina. First of all she's super pleasant over the phone. Second she taught me so many things about myself which I never even thought made sense. She gave me few very helpful hints regarding nutrition to improve my health and emotional state overall. But most importantly she gave me the most simple hint that turned out to be genius. Highly recommend Irina. She is very knowledgeable and has super pleasant energy. Would love to work with her again

I would like to give some people feedback on IRINA Lawton. She is a outstanding health coach/life coach. Before I met IRINA I did not know that I could go to a movie and not get popcorn, I did not know I could eat potatoes with out butter, I did not know that I could drinkCoffee without half and half. I did not know that I could eat beans on a salad. I did not know that I could think about chewing 20 seconds with each buy the food. I did not know that I could make a Meal last 20 minutes. I learned all of these things from IRINA's coaching. I also learned that I could get up and take a walk the first thing in the morning before I even have coffee.
