This salon literally burned my skin under my brows and has caused scarring due to their wax. When I pointed out the horrible mistake that they made, the brow lady tried to say if I used certain skincare (??) it was my fault that I got burned …. It had nothing to do with the fact that she literally burned and scarred me with hot wax. I went to urgent care to get it looked at immediately after the incident. The manager took my information and told me the owner Kim would call to discuss, but I have received no calls at all. OMG !!! Iv had the worst experience ever BEBE is supposed to be one of the best nail teqnique in the store she ruined my nails all lumps and uneven French and gave me no satisfaction walked away and wasn’t willing to fix them way over prices don not go to this salon if you want a nice set of nails all reviews on this site is FAKE !!!
Came in for gel manicure on Thursday evening, granted it was close to closing ( 30 mins before) but they said they would take me. Such a rushed service, hardly let the coats dry and now nails are chipped not even after 5 days. Also , very rude. Do not recommend!
