I’ve come here many times out of convenience, although not the lowest prices in the Bethesda area. If you’re ok with low standards, just get the job done, it’s fine. Each time, however, I’ve left feeling a little irritated at the corners cut, lack of technical skill (both with nails and massage), and general attitude. I went with my daughter for pedicures and they were willing to add 15 minutes of massage, which was nice. Except, they did the massage AFTER polish so feet barely touched. “UT” (my technician) seemed barely familiar with basic massage techniques, and left on her noisy, too-large latex gloves (not comfortable). The place is very clean and the technicians are nice but I’m unfortunately disappointed with my gel manicure. The technician kept using her finger nails to remove my previous gel and also didn’t paint the polish till the end of my nail…which means it’ll look off in a few days when my nail grows. It already looks a week old at this point.
