Every time I walk into the Arena, I’m greeted by the warmest, most welcoming presence— Officer Middleton, the security officer/concierge. She is consistently kind, pleasant, and professional. No matter the time of day, she always makes a point to speak, smile, and wish me well with a “have a good one and be safe” before I leave. I haven’t EVER experienced that here.
What’s even more impressive is that this isn’t just how she treats me—it’s how she treats everyone. This young lady is very rude and unprofessional she sits away from the camera on her phone all day and never speaks back I don’t normally report people but she is so loud on the phone in the lobby
