1440 Health is a "diamond in the rough" in Bethesda, meaning an amazing place hidden in the heart of town. She is skilled and gives high quality care. Her practice is essential to my well being and I am so glad I found her. Especially during COVID when I've needed a release she practices very safe procedures to ensure the safety of her clients. She leads with her heart AND hands.

I went to a massage therapist for 9 years and thought that person knew what they were doing and then I went to 1440 Health. I am a skater and my recovery after skating had been remarkable. She is a true Therapeutic Massage Therapist that knows where all the trigger points are in the body to help you recover quicker.

This was quite possibly the best massage I have ever received. I was a little worried at first that she would not have the strength to really dig into the knots that are deep in my muscles. But that was not an issue. I almost had her do less pressure a few times when she really attacked a knot.
It's a little more expensive than some places. But seriously, you pay more for quality. If I could afford it and was closer, I would go see Jessica Weekly.
