We just finished rebuilding 4 decks on our home in Ocean City Md and are absolutely thrilled with the work Sweetwater did on our property. This wasnt an easy project and we came across a few unexpected surprises, but the Sweetwater team were excellent partners and we worked to get the result we all wanted. Their project manager Roman was absolutely outstanding. Great communication and always on top of the team. As the son of union carpenter, I can tell you their framing and footer work was top notch. We had such a great experience with Sweetwater Contracting in Ocean City! From the very beginning, their team was super responsive, easy to work with, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Communication was seamless, which made the whole process feel stress-free.
They moved quickly, stayed on schedule, and the pricing was very fair for the quality of work. It’s honestly refreshing to find a contractor that’s not only efficient but also genuinely great to work with.

We are a six-unit condo that recently completed a major exterior renovation with Sweetwater on a building that is more than 50 years old. The project involved rebuilding original decks and replacing old siding, including asbestos siding beneath existing vinyl siding, with all new materials.
As expected with a project of this age and scope, it was complex and at times arduous. There were cost overruns, time delays, and evolving construction challenges as the work had to meet current building codes. There were also some bumps along the way, including occasional miscommunications from the office regarding cost changes and explanations.
