I hired Mitchell-Rollerson to fix my condo’s popcorn ceiling by giving it a smooth texture and repainting it. I initially wanted to skim-coat the ceiling, but Mitchell-Rollerson suggested that we instead hang thin sheetrock over the ceiling to cover up the popcorn texture instead, and I agreed. Mitchell-Rollerson did not give me an itemized estimate for this work, unlike other estimates I received, but I figured that was just because it was a smaller, local company.Unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to hang sheetrock on my ceiling because it is made out of concrete, not drywall. Repairs to my powder room were great! Eric was dependable and quick in making the needed repairs to my powder room. I'II be recommending him to friends and family, and I certainly expect to call on him again.
