We had the pleasure of an initial in store conversation with Marcel Matthews at the Beltsville location. Despite the business of the day and him working solely today - he was polite, informative and thorough in walking us through options. Unfortunately, we discovered the 18 month promotional financing was not applicable to discontinued items despite the fact that the material was in stock with almost 200 boxes available and we were intending to purchase half of them. I thought I knew what I was looking for apparently I didn’t. Fortunately, James Bonds helped me find what I needed. He was very kind, helpful, clear and professional. He really knows his stuff and made me feel like I knew what I was doing. I have full faiths and confidence in my diy project now. This location is not very close to my home, but I’m going to go to this one because I trust James.
