These guys are the best. They remembered me by name walking in the door, helped me with multiple trips to pick up our flooring, made sure I got a credit back when the sale price dropped after my initial purchase, and were super easy to work with. Floors are looking great too. Really high quality stuff. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Great products, low prices, and excellent communication. I worked with Marcel and his manager James to order new hardwood floors. With the sale, the floors were just over $5/sqft. I received frequent updates as the floors moved through the warehouse, distribution center, and loaded onto the delivery truck. When it was discovered that a part of my order did not make it onto the truck, the sales team insisted on delivering it personally. The act of kindness helped to keep my project on schedule. I look forward to working with Lumber Liquidators of Beltsville again in the future.
