They also have a tailor who comes weekly to do alterations, and they do an amazing job. I've had multiple pairs of pants altered at the waist, hip, and ankle to satisfaction. I've seen others have leather/pleather worked on as well. The team is super hardworking and will take time to talk to you about more bespoke issues, like cashmere that's been shrunken or odd stains that won't come out.I don't normally leave reviews, but this place needs a rating closer to 5 stars.“

“Their exceptional professionalism was found in the way they followed up with customers. We hired them for a move-in/move-out clean-up. The first time the team came, they didn't do a great job. Just when I wanted to call them, the company manager called me to inquire how satisfied I was with their work. I was impressed that they call each customer to make sure their work is exceptional and follow up promptly. When I unpacked what I was not satisfied with, they sprang up in action immediately and the owner herself came out to check out the work their team did. Not only did she re-do the clean up herself the following day, but she also used it as a teaching moment for her staff to make sure her team KNOWS and UNDERSTANDS what her expectations are, which is pretty high even for someone like me who is a bit germophobic. It is needless to say that the house was sparkling after the re-do. She even managed to get rid of tough stains I thought would take a miracle to remove.
